The Opportunity

We are looking for someone to help build a world-class customer marketing program. Here at Qualified, we believe that there is no better way to tell our story than through the lens of our customers. This is the ultimate way to showcase the power of our product, articulate its business impact, and spotlight the people who know and love our solution. 

At Qualified, we sell to Chief Marketing Officers and Heads of Demand Generation at B2B companies. We need to elevate not only the brands, but the marketing leaders that trust Qualified to move the needle on pipeline. We have some incredibly happy customers (check out our AppExchange and G2 reviews!) and now it’s time to tell their stories. The marketing team is looking for someone to always be thinking customer-first and help us inject customer success stories across everything we put into market: On our website, in our videos, at our events, and so forth. The ultimate goal is to showcase customer stories to help generate new pipeline. 

Ideal candidates for the role have a deep passion for storytelling and customer relations, and are excited about the opportunity to build a customer marketing program from scratch. Qualified is young and scrappy, so we need someone who can think strategically and then dive in and do the work.  

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build customer marketing strategy and framework
  • Develop and manage all customer storytelling across our website, campaigns, content, sales assets, PR, social, and events
  • Write, edit, and publish case studies and blog post
  • Maintain and evolve www.qualified.com/customers 
  • Build an “always-on” engine of customer stories
  • Develop and launch inspiring, human, impactful customer films
  • Work closely with customer success team to identify champions and cultivate relationships 
  • Build a “matrix” of customer stories that span our top industries, use cases, and regions
  • Be the liaison between internal teams and customer champions to streamline all customer “asks” 
  • Enable our sales team to become intimately familiar with our customer success stories, and pitch customer stories like a pro
  • Monitor, capture, and report meaningful, relevant customer data to be used in marketing, sales, and content development. 
  • Partner with customer success on ongoing marketing initiatives that encourage adoption, renewals, and expansion; partner with customer success on customer advocacy board and community building initiatives

Your Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in customer marketing, preferably at a high-growth B2B technology company
  • Natural storyteller who can take complex topics and make them easy to digest
  • Strategic problem solver; intelligent and creative
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate and interact with key internal stakeholders including Qualified executives and marketing peers 
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with C-level customers as well as end-users 
  • Dynamic, confident personality with the ability to successfully define and drive project execution with minimal guidance amidst multiple priorities and goals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, or Communications preferred
