Digital Marketing Manager

The Opportunity

The Qualified marketing team is looking for a paid media superstar to join our team. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you are deeply familiar with the different ad channels available to B2B marketers. More importantly, you have a background in creating campaigns from execution to reporting that are optimized to pipeline over lead generation, because you know true ROI comes from closed won business. Our team is growing quickly, and this person will help take our current ad strategy to the next level and help Qualified capture more brand awareness, market share, and new business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating, optimizing, and tracking all Qualified paid media campaigns in channels like AdWords and paid social (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc.). Bonus points for experience running paid campaigns on an ABM platform like 6sense. 
  • Going beyond surface level - you spend your days hand-on in the platforms making adjustments and turning small dials that will stretch every ad dollar for the most conversions. 
  • Reporting on campaign success, including short-term metrics such as CTR, but more importantly, on contributed pipeline and ACV. You should have experience setting up campaigns for proper tracking and attribution as a lead progresses through the sales funnel. 
  • Getting deep into our target persona’s pain points, and creating paid media campaigns that sparks demand from brand awareness through to opportunity creation. 
  • Setting up segmentation within paid media channels - must be comfortable creating granular segments that serve up the right message to the right people based on where they are at in their buyer’s journey. 
  • You have a pulse on what’s new in the B2B advertising world. You’ll come with opinions and recommendations for new strategies that we should try (or avoid).  

Your Skills

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising channels in B2B
  • Strong analytical background - good at distilling deeper learnings & driving efficiencies based on data insights from campaigns
  • Self-starter mentality with outstanding organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Excited to be at a fast-paced, continually changing startup, with the drive to continually optimize & test our paid channels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ABM platforms such as 6sense 
  • Creative thinker who can continually come up with new campaign ideas to deliver a relevant and personalized buyer’s journey to our prospects online
