The Opportunity

The Director of Qualified University will be responsible for revolutionizing the way people learn about Qualified and conversational sales & marketing best practices. You are an expert marketer and learning professional with experience creating and managing engaging and effective content. You have created and successfully launched content and learning programs to meet the business objectives. You thrive on quickly learning new products and technologies. You get it done, have fun, and know how to create amazing learning experiences. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Create overall vision for Qualified University to change the way people learn about Qualified
  • Content learning strategy & design: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to understand business priorities and knowledge gaps. Design high-impact, scalable blended content & learning experiences for customer-facing initiatives.
  • Determine KPIs and strategies to assess programs’ impact; identify key insights to inform future actions and decision making and share with business leadership.
  • Community & Learning technology: Drive a blended learning strategy across a community; integrate various learning technologies to enhance the quality and effectiveness of learning experiences.
  • Build out Qualified certifications for key personas - administrators & sales
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with teams across Qualified. Be a role model for our values while driving alignment and clear decision-making.

Desired Skills/Experience

  • 5+ years of industry experience in OD / Learning & Development or a similar field.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design, OD or a related field; backgrounds in engineering and product management are also a big plus.
  • Proven ability to design high-impact, scalable learning functions, and solutions.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and application of theory to learning deliverables and technology.
  • Ability to adapt communication style, be inclusive, and build deep relationships with people from all backgrounds.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment;
  • Knows how to balance high standards for quality with the need to get to market fast;
  • Exceptional project management, change management, and communication skills.
  • Highly analytical; skilled in analyzing learning metrics and drawing meaningful insights.
