The Opportunity

Qualified is looking for a technical recruiter to join our growing Talent and HR Team focusing on our engineering hiring. In this role, you will work closely with the CTO and Product teams to source the best engineering talent globally. You have the opportunity to be creative in sourcing the next generation of developers here at Qualified as we rapidly scale our team. The Technical Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for technology positions, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic technical requirements.

What You'll be Doing

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process at Qualified from kick-off meetings with hiring managers, to sourcing/screening to closing candidates across a broad range of engineering and product roles
  • Source the best engineering talent globally by proactively sourcing the best talent via LinkedIn, Angelist, and other sources.
  • Participating in crafting offers, pre-closing candidates, and delivering verbal offers
  • Collaborate with our CTO and hiring managers to understand the technical needs and parameters of roles to be filled.
  • Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.
  • Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers.
  • Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
  • You will own various things including identifying current and future hiring needs, advertising job openings online and maintaining our ATS system.
  • Provides advice to hiring managers regarding salary negotiations with final candidates.
  • Effectively communicate and negotiate all pieces of an offer package to candidates

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter, or similar role at a rapidly growing SaaS company.
  • 2+ years of experience competing for hard to find engineering talent in the SF Bay area and other technology hub locations.
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
  • Someone who loves to find top talent, and seeks talent in new and unique ways.
  • Bachelor's degree in related technical and/or human resources field.
  • At least 3+ years of related recruiting experience required, with prior experience in technical roles.
  • Knowledgeable of complex technical stacks, engineering infrastructure, and general engineering recruitment best practices.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
  • SHRMs Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential
