The Opportunity

We are looking for a talented content creator to join the Qualified team. As Head of Content, you’ll be responsible for building and owning an engaging content program that elevates the Qualified solution and brand and helps our audience learn about the Conversational Sales and Marketing space. You will own our blog, as well as long form-content (ebooks, guides), and help us explore new content channels (videos, podcasts). You will also be responsible for our social media channels. Through your content strategy you will help drive brand awareness, subscribers, leads, and pipeline.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build a balanced content strategy including thought leadership content, how-to content, customer stories, and product spotlights
  • Understand our audience and develop content that is in-tune with their needs
  • Blog on a regular basis 
  • Create longer form e-books and guides
  • Facilitate interviews with thought leaders and transform them into blog posts, podcasts, and videos
  • Collaborate with influencers and partners on content collaboration opportunities
  • Own our content newsletter with a goal of nurturing prospects and retaining customers 
  • Work with freelance writers to fuel your content machine
  • Growing our social media presence and followers

Your Skills

  • Passionate writer
  • 5+ years experience in Content Marketing 
  • SEO expert 
  • Comfortable project managing external and internal colleagues to hit deadlines and produce A+ work
  • (Ideally) interested in building your own personal brand and positioning yourself as a spokesperson for Qualified; comfortable sharing Qualified content on your own social media platforms and being the face of the company on social channels
  • You’ve got both sides of the coin: passionate writer but in-tune with our business metrics and goals
  • Degree in Communications, Journalism, or something similar
