The Opportunity

The Manager, Sales Development Training role is focused on helping our customers find value in Qualified by delivering outcome-based learning experiences. This role is focused on supporting the Customer Success organization by delivering live (instructor led) training to sales representatives and Qualified end-users.

The Manager, Sales Development Training will also learn our product and support content creation efforts including best practice guides and driving certification growth. The most successful candidates will have an interest in creating educational videos for our customers. As we are a fast-growing company, there are opportunities for upward movement and taking on more responsibilities. Qualified is a remote-first company, meaning you can work anywhere in the United States!

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • proven experience leading trainings for large audiences of people, virtually and in-person
  • energy, enthusiasm and a strong facilitation style including interactivity and measuring engagement
  • experience with Salesforce products or having been on a sales or sales enablement team.
  • experience creating bite-size learning videos to support just-in-time learning

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver effective, well-managed and well-facilitated training in public, private and internal classes
  • Create bite-size learning videos to support just-in-time learning and adoption of Qualified
  • Lead/participate in community conversations to optimize training and identify gaps.
  • Act as a link between curriculum development and customer experiences; proactively promote Qualified education catalog.
  • Work closely with other members of Qualified’s customer success team to understand our product, develop and execute our content strategy
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with key members of other teams at Qualified

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years experience delivering interactive instructor-led training virtually.
  • Experience with Salesforce products or as a former sales professional.
  • Experience using at least two of the following tools to create visually appealing content: Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Camtasia or Premiere Pro.
  • Previous experience at a fast paced SaaS company is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

Your Skills

  • You can explain complex concepts succinctly and clearly.
  • Background in (and enthusiasm for) customer support or user education is preferred.
  • Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with managing and navigating all aspects of CRM software
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret insights from data
