Then come join us at Qualified as our Manager/Sr Manager, Marketing Programs! Help us find and execute on pipeline-building virtual and live events. Be part of building our own events program that will help Qualified build brand awareness with demand generation and revenue leaders throughout the Salesforce ecosystem. Reporting into the Director Marketing Programs, this role will work closely with product marketing, digital marketing, creative and sales.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Gain a deep understanding of our marketing and sales personas to identify which events they attend to build knowledge and explore solutions.
  • Develop a 6-12 month calendar of sponsored and owned events/programs that drive engagement with target accounts and meaningful pipeline for the sales team.
  • Project manage all aspects of each event--from development through execution--working across the marketing team to drive deliverables and move programs forward.
  • Work cross-functionally with product marketing, creative and digital marketing to market upcoming events in a way that drives awareness engagement with target accounts.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to develop pre-event messaging and outbounding strategies to drive awareness and engagement with target accounts.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to develop post-event messaging and follow-up strategies that drive pipeline growth from event leads and opt-in lists.
  • Establish KPIs for each event and own the reporting and tracking of performance.

Your Skills

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or related discipline
  • 4+ years of SaaS B2B events, programs or demand generation experience at a fast-growing start-up.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience owning and driving a successful event program.
  • A strong understanding of the role of demand generation and events in driving pipeline for a sales team.
  • A detail-oriented project owner. You can own and drive an event from beginning to end and articulate the business impact.
  • Ability to work within our martech stack--Salesforce (campaigns & reporting), Outreach (sales sequences), Pardot (marketing automation).
