The Opportunity

Do you love coming up with new marketing campaigns that stop your persona in their tracks? Do you easily shift from creative ideation to strategic execution? Do you want to market to marketers? Then come join us at Qualified as our Marketing Campaigns Manager! Help us create everything from large brand campaigns to shorter, conversion focused campaigns that will help Qualified become a household name for revenue leaders. Reporting into the VP of Demand Generation, this role will work closely with product marketing, digital marketing, creative, and sales.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Gain a deep understanding of our marketing and sales personas to understand what keeps them up at night and what catches their attention in- market.
  • Conceptualize multi-channel campaigns that speak to our segments and help showcase Qualified’s benefits while always staying focused on a customer-first mindset to make our campaigns about them, not us.
  • After coming up with an overall campaign concept, work cross-functionally to bring it to market on channels like digital, direct mail, events, and email.
  • In addition to larger, multi-month brand campaigns, work with sales to come up with monthly campaigns to help them reach target accounts and accelerate deals.
  • Project manage campaign execution, working with creative and program manager to set deadlines and move projects forward.
  • Put campaigns into market, whether through digital or physical channels, working with fellow marketing team members where needed.
  • Create nurture strategy to make campaigns multi-faceted and move leads through the funnel to sales rapidly.
  • Set KPI goals for each campaign and own the reporting and tracking for performance.

Your Skills

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or related discipline
  • 4+ years of SaaS B2B campaign or demand generation experience at a fast-growing start/scale-up

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience building successful multi-channel and integrated enterprise campaigns
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, nurture best practices, and campaign creation
  • Strong attention to detail. You can take a project from creation to completion and show the results.
  • Ability to pull reports in Salesforce or MA systems to show campaign effectiveness and performance.
