Creating Email Digests

To streamline website visitor reporting, you can create Email Digests within Qualified. With this feature, you can build custom visitor lists with specific filters then have those reports emailed to stakeholders at a cadence of your choosing—like every Monday at 9AM. This simplifies your workflows by having valuable website visitor data automatically appear in your inbox when you need it most.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to set up your daily, weekly, or monthly visitor digests from your Qualified reports.

Getting Started

To start sending your digests you’ll want to first make sure to login to Qualified as an Admin user. Once you’re logged in, you’ll want to make your way to Analytics > Reports as shown below.

You’ll want to keep in mind that currently you can only email visitor reports that are shared with your teammates. If you need to create a new shared report you can view our guide on Creating Visitor Reports.

If you haven’t done so yet, we recommend creating reports of visitors who mean the most to you. This could be those visitors who are part of your Target Accounts lists, those who have booked meetings with your reps, or those visitors who are part of your outbound marketing efforts.

Set Up Your Email

Finally, you’re going to set up your email cadence: daily, weekly, or monthly. To do so, select the list you’d like to email to yourself or your team and select the email icon on the top right hand corner as shown below.

The email you’ve scheduled will now arrive at 8am in your time zone or the time zone of the user that set up the digest. Your weekly digests will go out on Monday mornings and your monthly digests will go out on the 1st of the month.

Daily reports will collect information about your visitors from 8am (the time the first email goes out) to 7:59am the next day right before send off in the timezone of the creator.

View Your Email

When your email digest is triggered you’ll see at the top of the email the number of new visitors added to your list as well as the new total of visitors on your list.

You’ll also notice below these numbers the running list of visitors who were added to your list and also matched to Salesforce accounts. Qualified will display up to 19 visitors in the email. If the new visitor list is above that number, you’ll need to click into Qualified to see the rest of the visitors on your list.
