Each time a Pardot prospect lands on one of your website pages that is running the Qualified JavaScript snippet, Qualified pulls in the prospect’s data so that your sales team can see the Pardot data for the prospect who is on your site within the Qualified app.
Based on how you go-to-market, Qualified can use Pardot prospect data, such as score or grade, to provide the prospects with a custom experience.
In this article, you'll learn how to set up Pardot prospect tracking using Pardot’s Dynamic Content feature.
Create the Dynamic Content in Pardot
- In the Salesforce App Launcher, select the Pardot Lightning app.
- On the Content tab in the Pardot Lightning app, click Dynamic Content in the left side-bar.
- Click + Add Dynamic Content.
- Name the Dynamic Content and click Save at the bottom of the form to save it in the folder you select.
- Click the pencil icon to the right of the Default Content section to access the Edit Variation content builder.
- Enter the Dynamic Content that the Qualified application will use. It should read:
*QUALIFIED*{{Recipient.Email}}*QUALIFIED*
- Click Save on the Edit Variation dialog to return to the Dynamic Content setup screen.
- The Dynamic Content you are creating does not require variations. Click the (-) icon next to Variation A to remove the variation.
- You will be prompted to confirm you want to delete it. Click OK on the confirmation prompt.
- Click Save to save the Dynamic Content snippet.
Verify that the Dynamic Content Is Set Up Successfully
- In the Qualified icon menu on the left side, click the gear icon to access settings.
- Scroll to the INTEGRATIONS section in Qualified Settings and click Connection under Pardot to access Qualified Pardot Settings.
- Scroll to the Prospect Tracking section of Pardot Settings and click Verify Prospect Tracking.
- If your setup was successful, you'll see the message: Prospect tracking is configured.
