HubSpot is an inbound marketing and sales platform that helps companies to attract visitors, convert leads, and close customers by having all of your most important customer and prospect information in one place. Qualified integrates with HubSpot to help identify visitors on your site that arrive from your HubSpot marketing campaigns and CRM.
By doing this, you're able to specifically target your HubSpot visitors with tailored experiences just for them on your site and alert your sales team to qualified leads immediately.
In this article, we’ll go over how to connect to HubSpot so that Qualified can start alerting your team when known HubSpot contacts are on your site.
Getting Started
To get started, log in to your admin Qualified account and navigate to Settings > HubSpot as shown below.
Once you’ve navigated to the HubSpot connection area, select Connect to HubSpot. The account that you use to connect should be a Super Administrator in HubSpot. Upon clicking the "Connect to HubSpot" button, an authorization (OAuth login) window will appear where you must authorize Qualified to access your HubSpot account.

After completing this step you have successfully connected Qualified to HubSpot and the “Disconnect” button will appear in red as shown below.

Reading HubSpot Cookies
Every time a visitor lands on your website, Qualified will automatically look for a cookie to see if we know who they are based on the systems you use, such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
HubSpot on their end sets a number of tracking cookies that allow you to track your HubSpot contacts and visitors' behavior. When one of your HubSpot contacts land on your website, Qualified will read this specific HubSpot cookie allowing visibility into who those visitors are in real-time.
