Enable and configure your personal sound alerts so you’re notified when high-intent visitors visit your website. Immediate notifications help you engage visitors quickly by responding to an inbound chat request or pouncing, reaching out proactively with information you know from the Visitor 360.
Enable Alerts
- Click the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner of the Qualified app.
- Click Notifications.
- Select your Default Notification Sound from the upper drop-down menu.
- If your team uses voice alerts, check Enable voice alerts.
- Click Save in the top-right corner.
When you first set up your account, you must choose a default sound to receive audio notifications.
Configure Alerts
On the Notification Settings page, customize your alerts per individual live stream.
- Click the Desktop icon or Mobile icon to choose where you're notified.
- Choose an alert sound from the Notification Sound drop-down.
- Click the Play icon to preview a notification sound.
- Check Voice if you want to hear the sound and voice alert for a specific visitor.
Notifications for inbound chats (visitors asking to speak with a rep) cannot be turned off.

When Alerts are Triggered
Alerts are triggered when a visitor reaches a Send Alert step in an Experience.
