Qualified’s mobile app instantly alerts and enables sales reps to have real-time conversations with VIP website visitors even when they’re on the go. With custom mobile notifications, Qualified notifies you instantly so you can take quick action—right from your phone.
Follow the steps below to install Qualified Mobile. These instructions do not differ significantly for iOS or Android devices. If you encounter any roadblocks along the way, please contact your Qualified Success Architect or our technical support team.
To start, download the "Qualified Mobile" app from the Apple App Store or Google Play store. Download the app as you would any other on your phone.
The first time you sign in via the app, enter your email address.
You will receive an email from app@qualified.com with the subject: "Your mobile login link." Be sure to access this email on your mobile phone (not your desktop) and click the link.
You will now have access to the same segments and visitors routed to you on our desktop platform. You should be able to see conversations, notifications, and settings at the bottom. You can configure your push notification settings in your profile.
