When Qualified recognizes an Eloqua visitor on the website, we can enrich the data we collect in Qualified with data from the existing contact record in Eloqua.
This information can then be sent to Salesforce or any other system you have set to map Qualified fields to. Similarly, these same mappings can be used to create new contacts in Eloqua and update fields on those records.
In this article, we'll walk through the process of setting up the Eloqua contact and ield mappings.
Getting Started
To start mapping Eloqua contact information, navigate to Eloqua > Contact Mapping in your settings.
Once here, you can select fields from within Eloqua and map them to corresponding visitor fields in Qualified where you’d like that information to be stored and appear for your sales reps.
If a visitor field doesn’t already exist for your Eloqua information to be stored in within Qualified, you’ll want to select to create a new visitor field for it as shown below.
Setting your Eloqua Field Layout
Your field layout will allow for you to change the priority in which you display the Eloqua information to your sales reps in your Qualified Live Stream and Visitor 360. It’s also an opportunity to display Contact information from Eloqua that you don’t necessarily want to map in the above area.
To get started you’ll want to navigate to your Eloqua area within your navigation and select Field Layout.
Add fields to the layout from Eloqua or drag and drop to change the order in which the information is shown.
