Qualified AI is the fuel that turbocharges our entire Qualified Platform and each of our products. Our vision is to help companies power their websites with AI, and deliver hyper-personalized experiences at every touchpoint to grow pipeline. This article will walk through how AI has come to life in our flagship product, Conversations. AI Copilot allows reps to have faster and more efficient conversations for more pipeline.
How it Works
Qualified AI indexes your most important assets - like your website through embeddings and compiles all of this indexed data in one place. Then, when a visitor asks a question, Qualified surfaces the most relevant indexed data, routes it to a Large Language Model (in this case, GPT 4) alongside a thorough prompt, and crafts a relevant, timely response. There's also an element of feedback that affects the output. During implementation, your Success Architect will work your Sales point of contact to provide feedback and content to impact the responses.
Features
AI Copilot has three features to make your reps more efficient:
AI Suggest provides your sales reps with AI-powered recommendations for conversation responses, ensuring that every interaction stays on-message and aligned with your company's voice and values.
AI Expand allows you to transform shorthand notes or bulleted lists into finely-crafted messages with just a few clicks.
AI Tune allows reps to correct spelling and grammar and apply a variety of tones to messages to fit the flow of the conversation.
You can utilize these features by typing “/” within the messenger. Watch these features in action in this short video:
AI Suggest
Use generative suggestions to answer a question you may not know the answer to or want an alternative explanation to send to your visitor.
AI Expand
Type in a couple bullets or key word and watch AI Expand turn your short-hand notes into a fully baked response ready to send.
AI Tune
Fix grammar errors and apply the appropriate tone to messages to fit the flow of the conversation. We currently offer 3 tones: Casual, Friendly, & Professional. Tone can be applied per individual conversation and you can adjust it by clicking the drop down on the top right hand side of the shortcut menu.
- Casual - Chat as if you're speaking with a returning customer (most informal)
- Friendly - Chat as if you're speaking with a prospect (semi-formal)
- Professional - Chat as if you're speaking with a C-suite (most formal)
