The Qualified desktop app allows sales reps to use Qualified as a native application on their computer. This allows sales reps to never miss a moment to connect with hot prospects, known leads, and target accounts on your site.
In this article, we’ll introduce you to the Qualified Desktop App and walk you through installing it on your Mac or Windows computer.
The desktop app is designed for users interested in having Qualified on their dock or who are having issues where they are marked as “unavailable” when they haven’t clicked on the Qualified tab in their browser throughout the day. The Qualified Desktop App allows users to avoid those types of errors.
To install the Qualified Desktop app, follow the instructions below:
- Download the most recent version for Mac OS (163 MB) or Windows (119 MB).
- Follow all prompts to install the application.
- Once installed, ensure you are first signed into Qualified in your browser before selecting “Sign In” on the desktop app. A confirmation screen will appear in your default browser and after confirmation, you will be able to complete the desktop sign-in.
Using the Desktop App
The Qualified Desktop App has all the same features of using Qualified Conversations or Qualified Signals in your browser. You should not experience any difference in the experience.
