INTRODUCING PIPERX

Meet the world’s first AI SDR superagent.

Watch as we unveil PiperX, the world’s first AI SDR superagent.

Introducing PiperX

In August, we unveiled the tenth major iteration of Piper the AI SDR Agent. This announcement showcased groundbreaking new innovations that transform Piper into an AI SDR superagent who autonomously manages the entire marketing funnel.

  • Multi-modal: Piper comes to life on the website to have face-to-face conversations.
  • Multi-stage: Piper intelligently nurtures every single buyer across both the website and email inbox.
  • Multi-language: Piper speaks 20+ languages, either during a website conversation or over email.
  • Multi-agent: Piper has a robust set of built-in actions to operate as one superagent.

PiperX is currently in Trusted Tester and will GA in early 2026. Check out the product announcement above 👆and reach out to your dedicated Qualified Success Architect (QSA) to learn more.

PIPER CONVERSATIONS

Meet on the website in real time with chat, voice, and video.

Piper automatically transcribes text responses to picklist qualification questions.

Populate Picklist from Text Response

Previously, when a picklist question was asked during a website conversation, it was required that the visitor select the picklist option as typing in the answer would not work and Piper would ask the same question again. Now, Piper takes a text response and converts it to the associated picklist value. This reduces friction during the website conversation, allows conversations to flow more naturally, and enables conversations to move more quickly.

AI Goal Reporting Categorizations

When you have an AI SDR agent on the website, visibility into their behavior is crucial. With this new feature, Piper’s conversations are now categorized into three high-level themes: Sales, Support, or Spam. This provides deeper operational insights into Piper’s interactions and how she engages with website visitors around the clock. Read the help article to learn more.

AI Goal Analytics

Piper’s goals keep her focused and working toward specific outcomes for your business. Historically, we’ve only had the ability to report on whether a goal was activated either through a conversation or a button click. We now offer six new filters to help you get more granular insights into how each goal is performing: AI goal activated, AI goal completed, AI goal not complete, AI goal with engagement, AI goal trigger, and AI goal trigger topics. This level of detail allows you to see exactly where visitors drop off before completing a goal, identify which topics are most successfully triggering a conversion, and streamline your conversion process. Read the help article to learn more.

PIPER EMAIL

Intelligently follow-up with and nurture inbound leads.

Dynamically pull in a sales rep’s email signature when sending on their behalf.

Sales Rep Email Signatures

Sales reps constantly send emails to prospects, and those emails often have valuable links or images in the email signature. With this new feature, custom email signatures can be included in any email that is sent by Piper on behalf of sales reps. For Gmail users, you can even pull in your existing signature. This maintains continuity throughout all email exchanges for both recipients and sales reps alike. Read the help article to learn more.

Email Validation

Sending emails to junk email addresses leads to high bounce rates, which can tarnish the integrity of your email domain. Qualified now performs email address validation before sending emails and enrolling leads into campaigns. This is performed by checking our internal allow/blocklist, basic syntax checks to confirm proper email address formatting, and integration with a third-party service. This new release helps to improve email deliverability, reduce bounce rates, and protect email domain integrity. Read the help article to learn more.

Piper Goals in Email

Not everyone in your lead list is a qualified buyer. So even if they receive an email from Piper, that does not necessarily mean they should be offered a meeting. This new feature brings goals into email campaigns, which means Piper will immediately qualify any lead who clicks through an email before routing them for a meeting or conversation. This gives you the control to send more outreach to a broader audience, knowing that only truly qualified prospects will land on a sales rep’s calendar. Read the help article to learn more

Archive Email Campaigns

Just like experiences, you now have the option to archive email campaigns. This allows admins to maintain organization, reference old campaign metrics historically, and keep your active campaign views uncluttered—all in one centralized location.

PIPER MEETINGS

Schedule meetings with your best buyers in just a few clicks.

Instantly book meetings on behalf of your colleagues and your buyers.

Live Booker

Qualified is used for end-to-end pipeline management, and that means booking meetings outside of website visits. Live Booker enables sales reps to instantly book meetings on behalf of buyers and colleagues directly within the Qualified app or via an iframe in Salesforce. This feature is perfect for SDRs booking on behalf of AEs after a phone call or for reps securing meetings during live events. Plus, we’ve added new reporting filters to track its performance. Read the help article to learn more.

Google Meet Integration

Qualified now natively integrates with Google Meet to automatically generate a unique meeting link for any meeting booked through Qualified. This solves the problem of shared links, causing buyers to join the wrong sessions, and ensures a secure, professional, friction-free meeting experience. Read the help article to learn more.

Meeting Routing Multiple Fallbacks

A dead end in the booking process means missed pipeline. Our meeting routing rules now allow you to add multiple fallbacks for a person or group. This means if a routed rep is unavailable, we will automatically present a fallback calendar to ensure the meeting is scheduled. This guarantees a better booking experience for the buyer and protects your pipeline. Read the help article to learn more.

Reassign, Reschedule & Cancel Meetings in Salesforce

For sales reps who use Salesforce as their single source of truth, managing meetings just got a whole lot easier. Reps can now reassign, reschedule, and cancel meetings directly from the meeting activity within Salesforce. This eliminates the need to toggle between platforms, streamlining administrative tasks and ensuring meeting ownership is always accurate following territory or assignment patches. Read the help article to learn more.

Customizable Meeting Confirmation

Getting a meeting booked is one thing; getting buyers to show up is another. To help reduce the number of no-shows, admins now have the option to require meeting confirmation via email. Plus, you can customize the time frame in which the buyer has to confirm the meeting, ensuring reps spend less time preparing for calls that don't happen.  Read the help article to learn more.

Meetings: 10-Min Reminders

Meeting owners will now receive a calendar reminder 10 minutes before an upcoming meeting starts. This update better aligns Qualified-booked meetings with the commonly used reminder settings in most calendar applications, ensuring your reps are ready for their Qualified-generated meetings on time, every time. Read the help article to learn more.

Company Details: Non-Working Days

We've moved "Meeting Exclusion Dates" to a new org-wide setting under Company Details called “Non-working Days.” This is more intuitive for user setup as the setting applies across your entire organization, ensuring Piper will not book meetings or send emails on the days your team has identified as non-working. Read the help article to learn more.

QUALIFIED PLATFORM

Deliver bespoke buying experiences that generate more pipeline.

Manage and promote content with the AI Studio Content Library.

Content Library (New UI/UX)

The Content Library within AI Studio got a UI/UX upgrade, designed to support scalable content management. The update offers a more organized view of your content types, new bulk actions for promotion, and better filtering based on sources and status. This ensures your team can efficiently onboard and manage Piper’s knowledgebase, guaranteeing she gives accurate and on-message responses every time.
