As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be a the center of all things Qualified, and you'll be writing the code that pushes the envelope in the conversational marketing industry. Customer Success Manager
The Customer Success Manager will own the successful implementation and adoption of the Qualified Conversational Marketing Platform for new and existing customers. You’ll be living on the cutting edge of the next generation of sales and marketing technology, and will work with our customers to transform their sales and marketing processes to leverage the power of conversational marketing.
Head of Content Marketing
The Head of Content Marketing will be responsible for building and owning an engaging content program that elevates the Qualified solution and brand and helps our audience learn about the Conversational Marketing space. You will own our blog, as well as long form-content (ebooks, guides), and help us explore new content channels (videos, podcasts). You will also be responsible for our social media channels. Through your content strategy you will help drive brand awareness, subscribers, leads, and pipeline.
Head of Demand Generation
The Head of Demand Generation will be responsible for generating awareness, building pipeline for sales, and acquiring new customers. This will happen through your creativity, campaign strategies, and execution of initiatives including but not limited to online and offline advertising, events, content, SEO, social media, partnerships, and more. You will own, refine and report on metrics such as quantity and quality of Leads and Opportunities, customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, and more.
Director, Finance & Operations
We’re looking for a Director of Finance and Operations to join our Senior Leadership team and as we work towards the next level. Based out of our San Francisco office, you’ll be responsible for leading all of our Finance, Planning, and Accounting functions along with Business Operations across our core go-to-market functions including sales, marketing, and customer success.
