My career has always been about service and impact.

And when I got to Salesforce, I started thinking about,

And so I've really been lucky to have the right managers

who believed in me and gave me big,

big, needy challenges and more responsibility

in a lot of room to innovate.

And so I feel like everything I've done

got to be built in a way that was scalable.

And so the military work wasn't for a community.

It was for the ecosystem.

It was for all adults.

And so right now as the head of Trailhead,

I really took this job because I can have more impact.

And so right now I just have this opportunity

to help and train and support more people
