Qualified Welcomes Salesforce CMO Sarah Franklin as Board of Directors Observer

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., March 3, 2021 -- Qualified announced today that Sarah Franklin, Chief Marketing Officer of Salesforce, has joined the Qualified Team as a Board of Directors Observer. In her role, Franklin will bring a unique perspective that amplifies the needs of Salesforce customers and B2B marketing leaders around the world.

Franklin brings more than 13 years of experience as a leader and senior executive at Salesforce. During her tenure with the company, Salesforce has grown from $1 billion in revenue to more than $20 billion today.

In her early days at Salesforce, she was a champion of developers and companies around the world that were building innovative products on the Salesforce platform. Franklin went on to serve as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Salesforce Platform and Trailhead. In fact, Franklin was the visionary leader and creator of Trailhead, the online learning platform and industry movement that has helped millions of Trailblazers around the world learn new skills and grow their careers with Salesforce technology.

Earlier this year, Franklin was appointed as Salesforce’s Chief Marketing Officer, where she now leads the team of world-class marketers that brings the Salesforce vision to life. She is a champion of equality and is fueled by her passion for equality for women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) careers. Franklin is engaged with Girls Who Code and is working to help close the gender gap within STEM.
