What a wonderful week it’s been at Dreamforce. Our team will buzz about everything we learned and saw for weeks to come, but here are a few of our favorite moments from #DF22.
We kicked off #DF22 strong with the hottest event around––Demand Gen Visionaries Live! We hosted a live panel featuring Julie Liegl (Former CMO of Slack), Karin Flores (Okta), Lauren Vaccarello (Salesloft), and our very own Maura Rivera, moderated by our podcast host extraordinaire, Ian Faison. Our panelists broke down the future of demand generation, uncuttable budget items, and some of their favorite Dreamforce memories.
The most exciting thing we saw this week was the launch of Salesforce Genie–touted as the company’s biggest innovation in 20 years. This new advancement is huge for Salesforce customers. Genie will help unify customer data from every channel and app into a single profile, creating an insanely detailed Customer 360 view, all in real time.
The result is a hyper-relevant experience for the customer, something we’re looking forward to as a team dedicated to creating personalized experiences for website visitors.
Check out the Genie Keynote over on Salesforce+ to learn more, or watch how L'Oréal creates real-time, personal journeys for each customer with Salesforce Customer 360.
We got to share the Pipeline Cloud for Salesforce with so many of you throughout the week. Just in case you didn’t get a chance to check it out, or you want to see the magic again, let our Founder and CEO, Kraig, and CMO Maura show you what’s possible with Qualified.
Another huge highlight this week was listening to Kraig speak about what it means to be a Trailblazer in the Salesforce Ecosystem. Check out the Trailblazer Keynote and hear about how we built Qualified using the power of Salesforce’s AppExchange.
We also took Dreamforce as an opportunity to introduce Piper the Pipeline Panda. They were a massive hit, and we loved seeing Piper out and about in the campground.
Our team got to show off the power of the Pipeline Cloud when it comes to pipeline generation and leveraging the connected website to boost web conversions and get your sales reps face-to-face with qualified buyers right on your site, seamlessly.
Anna Centrella, Director of Sales Development at Carta, took to the stage with our Founder and President, Sean Whiteley to share how Carta generated $2M in pipeline in two months with Qualified.
She shared some great advice when thinking about going with Qualified:
“Number one: Don’t compare Qualified to Drift. Drift is a chatbot and Qualified is a much more robust platform. Number two: Break the implementation down into phases. The tool is phenomenal and there's so much you can do with it.”
Melissa Robinson Phillips, Head of Marketing at Adecco USA, sat with our CMO, Maura Rivera, to share how Adecco turned their website into a pipeline generating machine.
“Adecco’s secret sauce is in our people. Qualified is a way to have human contact through technology versus putting technology between us and our customers. That’s what made you all stand out and why we ultimately chose Qualified,” said Melissa.
Since going live with the Pipeline Cloud 24 months ago, Adecco has generated $57.7M in pipeline, $24.4M in revenue and achieved 29,000% ROI.
We hosted nearly 30 customers back at our HQ to share their success stories and participate in photo and video shoots. Thank you so much to everyone who stopped by and made time for us during an action-packed event!
We can't wait to share their Qualified stories with you, keep an eye out for more from these shoots in the near future!
Stay up to date with weekly drops of fresh B2B marketing and sales content.
