Qualified Expands Data Enrichment Offering with ZoomInfo

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., February 11th, 2021 — Qualified, the conversational sales and marketing platform for revenue teams that use Salesforce, recently launched a new integration with ZoomInfo as an additional data enrichment option. ZoomInfo is a global leader in B2B intelligence providing a database of business-related information—like employee names, phone numbers, and job titles. For Qualified customers who also use ZoomInfo, they can now leverage this integration to identify website visitors and engage with them directly through the Qualified console.

When a customer is in the Qualified app, they can use their ZoomInfo login credentials to connect the two systems. Once connected, Qualified uses two ZoomInfo APIs to populate website visitor data: ZoomInfo Enterprise and ZoomInfo Websights. Together, these APIs identify the website visitor and enrich their profile with personal data. Qualified customers can then see who is on their website. 

With Qualified, ZoomInfo data is also mapped to Salesforce. This means Qualified customers can confirm whether a website visitor is in their Salesforce instance. From there, they can segment website traffic— like ABM accounts, open Opportunities, or existing customers—and route visitors to sales reps based on their sales structure. Sales reps can then engage visitors in personalized conversations in real time.
