Introducing the Qualified x Data 360 Integration
Piper the AI SDR Agent is stronger, smarter, and more collaborative with Agentforce.

Piper the AI SDR Agent is stronger, smarter, and more collaborative with Agentforce.

Now that Qualified is officially part of the Salesforce product portfolio, there’s a big question that many folks are asking: What does this mean for Piper the AI SDR Agent? It’s a fair question! As Salesforce continues to lead the agentic enterprise, our big focus is on integrating Piper into the Agentforce ecosystem. In doing so, she will be able to work with other agents across an organization rather than operating as a standalone agent.
To accomplish this, our R&D team has been hard at work scoping, strategizing, and building our roadmap. We unpacked all these plans in our recent blog post, which details the big boulders we’ll be tackling over the coming months. But we didn't want to just talk about what's coming, we wanted to ship it. So we got to work.
Today, we’re excited to announce our Data 360 integration is here! This powerful integration is designed to supercharge Piper the AI SDR Agent, making her stronger, smarter, and more collaborative with other Agentforce agents. Just as humans work together, passing data between systems and talking directly with one another, so too can Piper with her Agentforce counterparts. Why does this matter? Let’s break it down…
So first things first, what is Data 360? This is Salesforce’s Customer Data Platform (CDP). Enterprise businesses have loads of scattered customer data across their organization. This is problematic because disconnected data makes customer experiences feel broken and prohibits businesses from functioning properly. Here’s what happens:
Oof. This is frustrating for both customers and businesses alike. Data 360 unifies all this fragmented data into one, complete view of your business. Now you have holistic customer profiles that are available to every system and every agent that needs it—in real time.

This is why Data 360 is a foundational part of agent interoperability. Also known as the “agentic context layer,” it’s the connective tissue between all Agentforce agents. In the era of the agentic enterprise, we have multiple agents working across all areas of the business to improve operational efficiency. It’s revolutionary! But to be successful, these agents must work together to solve business challenges and deliver real results. Now, these agents can tap into this platform to share rich data with each other, make better decisions, and drive better business outcomes.
Piper is built natively on Salesforce CRM. So of course, she has access to lead, contact, account, and opportunity data. But with Data 360, she has access to even more data like past purchases, service history, product trial milestones, marketing interactions, and so forth. This gives Piper full lifecycle visibility for each buyer and their account. She knows who they are, what they've experienced, and what they're likely to need next. The result is a smarter agent who can personalize every conversation based on the full picture rather than just a slice of it, route buyers to the right person or team instantly, and make qualification decisions with greater precision.

Not only does Piper gather data, she can also share valuable engagement activities back into Data 360 to improve visibility for other agents. This includes Hunter, Salesforce’s new prospecting agent who autonomously runs outbound email sequences to cold accounts. Piper can share data like buying signals, qualification outcomes, and conversation summaries then Hunter uses that context to prioritize email outreach, craft personalized emails, and determine email timing for an entire buying committee. And of course, Piper is on the website, ready to engage each buyer once they click through an email and arrive on the website. Together, these two agents can align inbound engagement and outbound outreach—and it’s all powered by Data 360.

As we look to make Piper even more collaborative with other agents, this is just the beginning. We have more exciting innovation on the way with Agent Handoff coming up next. Soon, Piper will be able to detect which agent is best suited to assist website visitors and transfer them with full context. Incredible!
