Here’s a roundup of the latest innovations, hot off the press from the Qualified Product team.

With short days and low temps, there’s no doubt winter is here; but so is the Qualified Winter ‘26 Release! In this release, we’re delivering new innovations that bolster the Qualified Agentic Marketing Platform and help Piper the AI SDR Agent manage the entire funnel—from nurture to conversion. Native integrations to supercharge Piper the AI SDR Agent.

Piper for Gong
For Qualified customers who use Gong Engage, Piper for Gong is now generally available. Typically, when you prospect into your accounts with Gone Engage and drive buyers back to your website, buyers are left to their own devices. With this integration, Piper the AI SDR Agent is there to greet them with a personalized message based on the Gong Engage email and continue the conversation. This delivers a totally seamless, cross-channel buying experience that keeps buyers engaged. Piper for Gong is automatically included in all Agentic Marketing Platform plans. Meet on the website in real time with chat, voice, and video.

Agent Chat Moderation
With an AI SDR agent having countless conversations around the clock, it’s inevitable that some of those conversations may veer off course. This new feature allows the agent to automatically end a website conversation that is deemed inappropriate based on the following categories: sexual content, harassment, hate speech, violence, self-harm, or illegal activities. This keeps the agent on topic and avoids entertaining non-serious buyers, which helps the agent deliver on her pipeline goals. Read the help article to learn more.
Website Messenger Refresh
The website messenger has been refreshed with more customization options. In addition to controlling your theme styles, like colors and button styles, you can also control the placement of the messenger on your website. This gives you total flexibility over where your agent will appear based on what is most optimal for your business. The starting state can be at the bottom-center of your website, in the lower right corner, opened as a right-hand side panel, or collapsed as a minimal icon. Plus, the messenger can now float above the main screen region or be pinned to the right side with the main screen region responsively updating. Read the help article to learn more.
Intelligently follow-up with and nurture inbound leads in the inbox.

Agent Email Replies (Single Reply)
Piper can send personalized emails to countless buyers around the clock. When a buyer responds to Piper over email, she can instantly reply with a meaningful response. She also uses decision criteria to either include a designated sales rep to take over the conversation or disregard the email thread if a response is not warranted. This means email conversations no longer result in a dead-end. Instead, buyers receive an immediate response and the designated sales rep also has visibility into the exchange. Multiple email responses and qualification capabilities are scheduled for April 2026. Read the help article to learn more.
Qualified Mailbox
Using an agent for nurture campaigns or post-event follow up has massive benefits, but it can also result in large volumes of email. In which case, there is a risk that emails will be marked as spam. This new feature allows your AI SDR agent to send a high volume of emails using a custom, branded sender address on a shared IP address. This means you can scale your email campaigns by removing the daily sending limits imposed by providers like Google or Microsoft. Read the help article to learn more.
Salesforce Campaign Member Custom Exit
When a buyer is added to an email campaign, there may come a time when that campaign is no longer relevant. This new feature automatically exits buyers from an email campaign when their Salesforce Campaign Member status changes. For example: an email campaign is created to invite buyers to an event and campaign member status = invited. As soon as the buyer registers, their campaign member status updates to “registered” and they are removed from the event registration campaign. Now, buyers are no longer stuck in irrelevant email campaigns and you no longer need to manually exit buyers from a campaign. Read the help article to learn more.
Send Preview + Send Immediately
To trigger an email send, you would previously have to remove and re-add Salesforce campaign members or update Salesforce campaign member statuses. This new feature allows you to send emails to existing Salesforce campaign members, see how many members qualify prior to sending, and send immediately when the email campaign is turned on. Read the help article to learn more.
Schedule meetings with your best buyers in just a few clicks.

Meeting No-Show Reporting
When a buyer skips a scheduled meeting, it’s a real bummer for the sales rep. Not only does the sales rep miss out on a potential sales opportunity, they also miss out on other meetings since the booked meeting still counts against them for purposes of round robin and smart routing. This new feature allows the sales rep to report meetings as "no-show,” which causes the reported meeting to be ignored by routing calculations and each rep gets a fair distribution of meetings where the buyer actually attended. Read the help article to learn more.
Deliver bespoke buying experiences that generate more pipeline.

SSO and 2FA for All
In our ongoing effort to improve trust and safety, Single Sign-On (SSO) is now available to all Qualified customers at no added cost. For customers who do not have SSO, we now offer a two-factor authentication (2FA) solution. Reach out to your dedicated QSA with questions at any time.
Agent Reporting API
With an AI SDR agent having countless conversations on your website, it’s crucial that you understand the types of conversations that are had. With this new reporting API, you can pull raw conversation data from the Qualified platform into your preferred third-party reporting systems for deeper analysis. We’ve added values for AI SDR agent activity so you can now use the “Bot Conversations” endpoint to track conversations buyers have had with the agent. This update is available to Qualified customers on the Enterprise and Ultimate plans. If you’d like to get this added to your plan, reach out to your dedicated QSA and explore more details on the reporting API here.
That’s a wrap for Winter ‘26! If you’re looking for real-time status updates, be sure to check out the Qualified Status Page. Got feedback? We’d love to hear from you. Feel free to chat with us live on the website or connect with your dedicated Qualified Success Architect at any time.
