Today I’m super excited to welcome Bill Patterson, Executive Vice President and General Manager of CRM Applications at Salesforce, to the Qualified family. In his new role as Board of Directors Observer, Bill will help shape our product roadmap and go-to-market strategy, and supercharge our efforts to bring the power of conversational sales and marketing to Salesforce customers around the world.

Bill is a true Trailblazer, and we are so lucky to have him. In his five years at Salesforce, Bill has run several business units and has pushed their product innovation to new heights. Currently, Bill oversees the entire CRM organization, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, which carries over $12 billion of the company's revenue. Incredible!
When I first met Bill, I was inspired by his excitement around the conversational sales and marketing space, and the value it brings to Salesforce customers. His enthusiasm was infectious. “Qualified excites me because of our joint customer focus and our emphasis on innovation. We’re all selling in a new way—and Qualified is paving a new path in helping Sales Cloud customers build more pipeline, digitally. When Qualified and Sales Cloud are in your stack, you’re creating the next-generation experience when a buyer lands on your website. It’s a pretty unique place to occupy in the world.”
I feel so fortunate to have a strong team of Salesforce leaders by our side, helping us do big things. Bill is the latest addition to the Qualified Board, serving alongside Sarah Franklin, Salesforce President and CMO, who joined Qualified’s Board of Directors in March of 2021. Together, Bill and Sarah’s deep understanding of Salesforce customers, along with their sales and marketing expertise, will help take Qualified to entirely new heights. I am so grateful to have two industry juggernauts so involved with the future of our business.
