From start to finish, FY23 was filled with innovation, growth, and momentum for our team and our customers. The year kicked off with the launch of the Pipeline Cloud. From there, the drumbeat of new products and features never slowed down, and ultimately helped our customers generate over $2B of pipeline in FY23.
We couldn’t have done it without our incredible customers, who shared so much love in return, earning us over 1,000 5-star reviews on G2 and the Salesforce AppExchange. It’s because of the amazing partnerships we’ve been able to build with our customers that we were named a #1 Momentum Leader on G2, breaking into their Top 100 Global Software Companies and the Top 50 Highest Satisfaction Products, and landing us on Iconiq’s Fastest Growing Software of 2022 list.

We chose to build our product on Salesforce because of the incredible partnership they provide–we couldn’t do what we do without them. Not only are we purpose-built for their customers, but they have been an invaluable resource for us both as a financial partner and an integral part of our team’s DNA.
We continued to power Salesforce’s AppExchange Chat, adding new partners to our roster. We also sponsored Dreamforce ‘22, where we got to introduce the Pipeline Cloud (and of course, Piper the Pipeline Panda) to the rest of the Ohana. Being back in person at Moscone Center was certainly one of the highlights of our year.

Looking back to 2022, we launched the Pipeline Cloud, introducing a new way to generate more pipeline for modern revenue teams. When we launched, we had no way of knowing the kind of economic shifts that were coming for the industry later in the year, but we’re proud to say that not only did we end up having a record-setting year, but so many of our customers did, too.
The new features we’ve launched, from research intent data with Qualified Signals to our meeting scheduling solution Qualified Meetings, have helped our customers power through trying times and stay focused on quality pipeline generation.
Our suite of products helps teams tap into their corporate website and identify the most valuable buyers right at the moment they’re ready to move from exploring your content on their own to talking to a real, live human about their needs. The experience is seamless, and because of our innovations in research intent data, your team knows the exact topics on an account’s mind when they’re ready to engage.
Thanks to our team’s advancements with Qualified Conversations, your reps can take that chat from text to video in one click, turning any chat into a face-to-face interaction. Reps using the Pipeline Cloud now have more access to valuable data insights, and more ways to communicate with buyers than ever.
And say you aren’t available at the moment–that’s okay. In fact, in using our own software, we saw a meeting booked within two hours of a form being live. We can’t wait to celebrate this type of success for our customers.
